Sr. Deployment Project Manager

Role Summary

The Sr. Deployment Project Manager (DPM) owns end-to-end execution of high-visibility, time-sensitive Email and SMS campaigns. This role is accountable for clear communication, timely delivery, proactive risk management, and cross-functional coordination across client, creative, production, and technical teams. The Sr. DPM is expected to operate independently, anticipate issues before they escalate, and provide consistent leadership to both clients and junior team members

What will you need?

Must have skills:

  • 6+ years of full lifecycle project management experience, from intake and scoping through launch and post-deployment reporting, with demonstrated ownership of timelines, resourcing, and delivery outcomes.
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Email and SMS campaign deployment or digital marketing execution. Ideally - prior work experience with US/UK/APAC/EMEA clients in a similar domain.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong judgment and accountability in setting expectations, escalating risks early, and following through without reminders.
  • Ability to identify dependencies, anticipate blockers, and proactively resolve issues before deadlines are impacted.
  • Working knowledge of CRM ticketing systems and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Working expertise with Windows OS, MS Excel, and MS Word is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing campaign performance and delivery metrics.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions.
  • High degree of organization, ownership, and reliability.
  • Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Good to have skills:

  • Prior experience working on Marketing Automation Platforms - MoEngage or Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign readiness requirements
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or data segmentation practices.
  • Familiarity with Email/SMS deliverability best practices and performance metrics.
  • Experience with Workfront, Jira, Monday.com, Workday, or similar ticketing tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros).
  • Experience handling and analysing large data sets.

What will you do?

Work within our internal systems, platforms, and with our partners to execute campaign launches, this includes managing client lead creative asset hand offs, coordinating tech and client Q/A, and troubleshooting. Sr. PM is expected to:

  • Own campaign delivery from assignment through launch, including creative handoffs, technical coordination, QA, and deployment readiness.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain all required project documentation and deliverables.
  • Act as an internal liaison that reinforces client/project priorities, clarifies requirements, and clearly and concisely communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors. Must be able to tailor communication style to the audience.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, lead project teams, and mentor junior members.
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflicts.
  • Become an expert in any client-specific processes, should be able to clearly explain necessary project processes/workflows to internal and client teams.
  • Recommend measures to improve work process methods to ensure the highest quality work output possible.
  • Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
