Our Data Science team is the engine that powers data-driven decision-making across the organization. We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Analytics Engineer to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. In this mission-critical role, you will own the end-to-end development of our business intelligence solutions—from data modeling and pipeline construction to the final dashboard that informs executive strategy. You will be a key partner to our business stakeholders, helping them measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance through data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools (GCP: BigQuery, Dataflow, Airflow).
  • Develop and manage curated, analytics-ready data models in our data warehouse, ensuring data is accurate, performant, and easy to use.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for insightful and intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for our media and marketing datasets, providing stakeholders with clear, data-backed narratives and performance analysis.
  • Implement and champion data quality frameworks and data governance best practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of our reporting.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to support analytical deep-dives, A/B testing, and other experimental design initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in a data engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning on large-scale datasets.
  • Strong programming skills in Python for data processing and automation.
  • Demonstrable experience building and delivering production-level dashboards using at least one major BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with media agency or digital marketing data (e.g., impressions, GRPs, CPM, reach, frequency, brand lift studies).
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising campaign lifecycle, media planning, and brand measurement frameworks (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
