Role:
We are looking for a highly creative, proactive, and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As Social Media Manager, you will be the heart of our brand’s online community, directly responsible for shaping our social presence, engaging with our audience, and driving meaningful connections. Responsabilities:
As our Social Media Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Content Strategy and Planning: Monthly definition of content aligned with the outlined strategy, working together with content creators responsible for its production.
- Content Publishing: Oversight and execution of content publishing across different platforms.
- Community Engagement: Activating the brand’s social media channels, carrying out very active and proactive community management with the communities.
- Active Listening and Trend Identification: Ongoing active listening, researching and identifying trends relevant to the brand, proposing content opportunities for participation and executing them when they are quick to produce.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analysis and reporting, participating in the creation of performance reports, analyzing key KPIs and proposing improvements together with the rest of the team.
- Creative Content Ideas: Proposing creative content ideas, both for always-on content and for campaign execution across different social media channels, especially X, IG, and TikTok.
- Content Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage content with different production speeds.
- Stakeholder Communication: Direct contact with the client and with the other agency areas involved in the day-to-day.
- Internal Collaboration: Maintaining a collaborative attitude within the Social Media department, driving initiatives and optimizations in the Social Content area.
Profile:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Advanced and in-depth knowledge of social media, trends, and best practices.
- Previous experience creating videos for social media.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and content streams simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Valued Skills and Experience:
- Previous agency experience will be valued.
- Experience managing FMCG or telco brands with relevant community management.
- A content portfolio will be valued, ideally featuring FMCG and/or telco brands.
