We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to extending job offers. Partner closely with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements.
- Create compelling job descriptions and postings optimized for various platforms.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Efficiently screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person) to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit and manage the offer process.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking, interview management, reporting, and maintaining up-to-date recruitment records.
- Stay current on industry best practices and talent acquisition trends.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for creative, media, or PR agencies is a plus.
- Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitments concurrently.
- Familiarity with Portuguese employment law and regulations.
- Fluency in English.
