About the Role: We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and client-focused. This pivotal role supports the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless planning and execution of creative. You will serve as the primary day-to-day client custodian and relationship holder, as an expert in digital design practices, translating strategic visions into actionable creative and driving operational excellence across social media, digital content, and Gen-AI creative initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong client management skills, meticulous execution oversight, and a passion for leveraging culture, community, data, and creativity to transform brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Custodianship:
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trusting
- Ensure client satisfaction during project execution, managing expectations, and proactively addressing
Project Planning & Execution:
- A creative thinker who can conceptualize compelling ideas and translate them into visually engaging designs.
- Responsible for developing campaign concepts, visual storytelling, and creative executions across digital and integrated
- Ability to articulate and present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams while maintaining strong design
Demonstrate proven record of contributing to business growth through impactful creative solutions:
- Identify opportunities to expand creative solutions into scalable campaigns and long terms brand platforms.
- Manage team and contribute in their growth in terms of skills, creative capability and strategic thinking.
Strategic Support & Growth:
- Support the development and implementation of innovative brand roadmaps, contributing insights on social media, content, and influencer trends.
- Assist in tracking monthly projections, pipeline progress, and identifying upsell/cross-sell
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work seamlessly with Creative Services, Social, Film Production, Automation, Gen-AI Creative, Social Listening, and Campaign Measurement
- Facilitate collaboration across WPP agencies (e.g., Hogarth, VML, Ogilvy) for integrated client
Market & Trend Application:
- Stay abreast of the latest social media, creative, and influencer marketing trends, applying insights to enhance client
Required Qualifications:
- 6-9 years of experience in social media and/or digital creative environments, preferably in an agency or client-facing
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving ability:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in Generative AI tools for creative production.
- Strong visual storytelling and design aesthetics:
- Ability to present and defend creative ideas effectively.
- Strong understanding of digital media formats, motion graphics, and social content.
- Ability to work in fast-paced creative environments with multiple projects.
