About the Role

This is not a sales role. This is a thinking role - one that sits at the intersection of culture, creativity, and commercial strategy. As a Brand Solutions Manager at Goat, you will decode client briefs, identify white spaces in culture, and build idea-led solutions that don’t just win pitches - they move the needle for brands. You are a revenue enabler: the creative intelligence that makes the sale possible.

You are the person in the room who has already thought of 10 ideas before the brief has been fully read out. Every ad you watch is both a case study and a jumping-off point. You don’t consume content - you interrogate it.

What You Will Do

  1. Decode client briefs and translate them into sharp, culturally resonant content and creator-led solutions that drive measurable funnel impact - from awareness through to conversion.
  2. Spot emerging trends on Instagram, YouTube, and new-age platforms before they peak - and proactively build brand ideas around them, not after them.
  3. Architect end-to-end brand solutions - influencer strategy, social-first IPs, branded content, platform-native formats - that go well beyond a standard campaign deck.
  4. Build compelling, narrative-driven presentations and own the room during client pitches with clarity, conviction, and creative authority.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to strengthen proposals and improve win rates - you are the intellect behind the pitch, not the person chasing the number.
  6. Collaborate with internal agency teams - strategy and data - to package raw ideas into sellable solutions with a clear brand impact story.

 

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in brand solutions, creative strategy, or content planning - at a content agency, influencer platform, digital media house, or branded entertainment team.
  • A genuinely restless creative brain - you watch a TV commercial and your mind spawns 10 spin-offs, alternatives, and what-ifs, instinctively.
  • First-hand fluency with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and creator culture - you can predict what will trend, not just recognise what already has.
  • Deep grasp of influencer marketing currency - creator-audience trust, niche communities, content formats, and the economics of the creator economy.
  • Exceptional deckbuilding and presentation skills - you structure a narrative, make every slide earn its place, and hold a room with confidence and wit.
  • Ability to connect brand objectives with content ideas - you think in funnels, not just in formats.
