Responsibilities of the role:
We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Manager for Social Commerce & Affiliate Marketing, to lead our efforts in these crucial growth areas. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the evolving social commerce landscape, particularly across platforms like TikTok and Shopee, coupled with expertise in cultivating impactful affiliate partnerships. You will be instrumental in defining and executing our social commerce strategy, optimizing the customer journey on various platforms, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve ambitious KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have a wide understanding of the Social Commerce industry, especially on branded livestreams uploaded on TikTok, Shopee, and other emerging platforms.
- Lead the in-site journey of social-commerce platforms, from content integration and product showcasing to conversion optimization.
- Drive the development and execution of comprehensive social commerce strategies to enhance the client's presence and performance across key platforms.
- Oversee the planning, production, and performance analysis of branded livestreams and shoppable content.
- Act as the primary point of contact for social commerce and affiliate marketing initiatives with client teams, ensuring alignment and strong collaborative relationships.
- Team management and ensure team members are consistent in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance within the team.
- Work closely with the Media, Paid KOL, Buying, and Insights & Analytics Teams in crafting integrated strategies to improve client's footprint in the social commerce space.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth channels and strategies to enhance online consumer experience and increase customer engagement online.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in social commerce and affiliate marketing to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing program, identifying and recruiting new partners, negotiating terms, and monitoring performance to drive ROI.
- Analyze affiliate data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social commerce and affiliate marketing activities.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
