Can you manage the end-to-end process of creating new suppliers and customers? Do you enjoy following-up and coordinating with key stakeholders, both internal and external? Then you might be our new masterdata team coordinator.
We envision you as process-oriented, structured, positive team player. You thrive working independently and focus on delivering high-quality work on time, while continuously identifying new opportunities for improvement.
You will become part of a Masterdata team of 4 people, who are responsible for the process of creating new and maintaining existing suppliers and customers in our agencies. The department is part of our accounting department in Denmark, comprising of approximately 20 colleagues.
About Masterdata
Before we enter into agreements with customers and suppliers, we verify that they comply with our guidelines, including financial information, reputation, and international sanctions. Within WPP Media we have a big push towards the use of AI in our processes and we are actively integrating these capabilities across our masterdata processes. You will play a role in shaping how we use AI to streamline our work and future-proof our processes.
The team handles tasks across the Nordics, which means there will be collaboration with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. We communicate in English, supplemented by the Nordic languages.
What it takes to succeed in the position
Ideally, you have previous experience with masterdata input or procurement process. You are familiar with the process of doing credit checks and financial due diligence, perhaps from experience in a finance or compliance setting. You have worked with process optimisation, and you are enthusiastic about the use of AI within process’. You have a strong attention to detail and possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Most importantly, you have the desire and interest in ensuring correct masterdata, as it is fundamental to the derived processes within the organization.
You are proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken. You have a knack for systems and are an experienced user of Microsoft products – specifically Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Daily communication and task management are handled in Outlook. Knowledge of financial systems is an advantage but not a requirement. We use the industry system Marathon.
Experience working across borders and with multiple different organizations will also be an advantage.

The job is a full-time position of 37 hours. Salary will be assessed based on qualifications, and the start date is as soon as possible. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
