Are you an experienced agency planner ready to be part of shaping the future of retail media?
We are seeking an ambitious Commerce Manager to be a central force in building our retail media practice. This is a unique hybrid role for a doer with a strategic mind. You will own the operational execution from A-Z while playing a key role in developing the strategies and products that will define success in this space.
You will work in a close, co-creative partnership with our Head of Commerce, Steffen Nyholt, to drive our clients' success, develop our offerings, and push our practice forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the retail media strategy for your clients, transforming their business goals into innovative, actionable plans.
- Be a key force in building our retail media practice by helping to develop new products and best-practice approaches that enhance our offering.
- Take full ownership of the operational execution. You are the hands-on project manager who coordinates, books, and "fixes" every detail from A-Z to ensure flawless campaign delivery across In-Store, On-Site, and Off-Site channels.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with both clients and retailers, acting as the central expert who guides them with confidence and ensures excellent collaboration.
- Fueled by a growth mindset, you will constantly seek ways to create more value for your clients and expand the business.
Your Profile – The Ambitious Builder
Professional Qualifications:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience from a media agency, specifically in a Planner role.
- You are a proven generalist with a broad understanding of the media landscape, excelling at connecting the dots rather than focusing on a single specialism.
- You are naturally client-facing and have a strong interest and ability in building strategic partnerships.
