Role Summary and Impact

The Capacity Planner is responsible for aligning capabilities with client needs to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of roles. This position plays a critical role in advising client teams on fulfillment timelines, staff planning, and role expectations, while maintaining accurate data. The Capacity Planner navigates between various fulfillment channels to optimize team configurations and enhance client strategies.

Skills and Experience

  • Aligned to a book of business, agency, and/or group of accounts 
  • Advise client teams on fulfillment timelines to ensure client readiness and success 
  • Advise client teams on roles expectations and recommendations against staff plans 
  • Own and drive data accuracy used for Workforce Planning  
  • Pivot between fulfilment channels and understand skills needed to plan client strategies (Talent Acquisition/ Contracting/Resource Management) 
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure Staff Plans are accurate and always maintained 
  • Works to assemble and optimize the best possible team for our clients 
  • Ensure the fulfillment of staff plans across internal and external supply 
  • Simplify client team interactions; facilitating and aggregating all needs between our Resource Management and Talent Acquisition functions (including contract & offshore needs) 
  • Partner with Workforce Planning to provide client demand input to shape current & future demand predictions and strategies
  • Act as a central point of contact for client teams, simplifying communication and ensuring clarity in staffing requirements 
  • Continuously assess and refine the staffing fulfillment process to enhance efficiency, minimize bottlenecks, and improve the overall client experience 
  • Monitor and track the progress of fulfillment activities, ensuring alignment with the client's needs and strategic goals 
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the fulfillment plan, making data-driven decisions to optimize staffing levels
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, expectations, and existing staff plans 
  • Leverage knowledge of Resource Management, Workforce Planning, and staffing solutions and utilize expertise to advise client teams effectively  
  • Maintain accurate data for Workforce Planning, utilizing data analytics to monitor fulfillment activities and make data-driven decisions 
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data and information  
  • Experience and ability to effectively manage, set expectations and communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Play a crucial role in advising client teams on fulfillment timelines and staff planning, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and effectively 
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor fulfillment activities and make data-driven decisions 
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance client outcomes 
  • Aim to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiencies in the staff fulfillment process  
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, making independent decisions to align staffing capabilities with client needs 
  • Serve as the central point of contact for client teams, simplifying communication and ensuring clarity among internal and external partners  
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influencing and guiding them towards effective staffing solutions and client strategies  
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve cross-functional conflicts, promoting teamwork and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal partners and leadership 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering creative solutions to complex staffing challenges 
  • Simplify client team interactions and facilitate clear communication between Resource Management and Talent Acquisition functions

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. US Pay Range

$60,000 - $140,000 USD
