Role Summary and Impact

- No two days are the same, the variety of the role will keep you engaged and motivated. With lean and mean team, you will be exposed to the different phases of digital campaigns from briefing, planning to publisher management

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Develop strong understanding of the daily operations of digital content planning, and implementation and can work with least supervision and errors
- Develop strong and effective internal relationships with key stakeholders, such as agencies, finance teams and media vendors and publishers to achieve goals
- Understand the value of agility in launching digital campaigns –especially with the booking, implementation, and post-campaign processes
In six months:
- Proficiency in managing campaigns from start to finish to achieve objectives within the determined campaign period
- Understanding the work processes of media vendors, publishers and influencers and aligning them to the client’s needs, including campaign timelines, KPIs and deliverables
- Develop the creative eye in assessing the creatives and performance branded content across various digital formats, such as articles, videos, infographics and social snacks.
In 12 months:
- Use planning tools proficiently, create effective content strategies and create full campaign proposals for digital content requirements
- Able to completely grasp the systems and processes of the department and can propose ideas and processes that will improve the workflow
- Take ownership of the role of a brand guardian, ensuring that strategic and creative requirements of brands are met in these digital campaigns.
Core responsibilities:
- Develops key learnings from past campaigns to support annual strategic plans
- Develops strategic campaign calculations, following all campaign guidelines set by Planning Manager
- Develop monthly/ quarterly trends report per brand
- Ensures daily client satisfaction through regular, day-to-day coordination for all campaign plans
- Prepares weekly WIP updates
- Develops initial KOL grid and liaises initially with creator/ creator partner agency to get the best pricing versus GOAT Benchmark
- Supports planning manager in implementing new tolls/ practices for test & learns
Skills and Experience
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience in advertising agency, PR agency, social media agency or influencer marketing agency
- Strong analytical skills and possess a strong ability to run data into actionable insights
- Have a good understanding of influencer marketing ecosystem
- Have a good understanding of how to develop insights for consumer, trends, industry and competition
- Have a good understanding of the digital marketing industry and social media technology
- Able to lead a team or a business unit and work with minimum supervision
- Able to read, write and speak in English effectively
- Able to work in a highly multicultural environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
