GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Engagement Solutions Associate is responsible for promoting solutions amongst peers within agencies and developing deep relationships to ensure optimal adoption of all product features. You will collaborate with a group of quick-witted co-workers and clients who are all passionate about digital media. You will engage with our clients in professional and social settings, build relationships and define and implement products, which make us indispensable to our clients.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
In three months:
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s value proposition and products
• Begin building relationships with key clients in the existing pipeline
In six months:
• Confidently present capabilities and strategic insights to potential clients
• Identify and progress new opportunities, contributing to a healthy sales pipeline and advancing current deals
In 12 months:
• Drive new revenue through strategic proposals, tailored product offerings, and thought leadership shared with agency account teams
• Meet or exceed the billing targets set by the company
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate new revenue from WPP Media clients
• Collaborate with senior agency trading leads to align on quarterly investment plans for key clients
• Support training in WPP Media client teams on the company’s offerings
• Deliver presentations on new products, proactive strategies, and market insights to agency and client teams
• Secure contractual agreements with WPP Media clients to utilize the platform
• Support in gathering and relaying agency feedback on product updates
• Communicate privacy standpoint clearly to agencies and selected clients
• Contribute to agency-led new business pitches
• Identify opportunities to grow investment from existing clients
• Provide strategic input on client briefs to ensure effective use of the platform
• Promote the value of the technology offering to both agencies and clients in a consultative manner
• Work closely with clients pre- and post-signing (via agency or direct) to tailor solutions to their business needs
