2465 - Account Executive, SEO

Role Summary and Impact

Mindshare delivers Good Growth for its clients. As “Growth Architects," we drive growth that benefits all stakeholders — better for people, planet, and business — by using media with intention. This approach creates more meaningful connections with consumers, increases consumer trust in the brand, and delivers better outcomes for all stakeholders.

We're looking for a curious and driven SEO Account Executive to join our SEO & Content team at Mindshare UK. In this role, you'll support the long-term organic performance of two of our largest client accounts — carrying out keyword research, technical audits, competitor benchmarking, and performance reporting. You'll develop a working understanding of how modern consumers discover content through generative experiences, and help apply best practices for ensuring our clients are not just found, but chosen. As part of this, you'll help apply emerging best practices for surfacing clients' content within AI-generated responses, understanding what drives answer-first visibility alongside traditional ranking signals.

You don't need to arrive as the finished article, but you should be genuinely curious about the shift from visibility to recommendation, comfortable working with data, and ready to grow your skills across both classical SEO fundamentals and the generative search landscape.

Skills and Experience

  • Analytically minded, with the ability to identify trends and patterns within data sets.
  • Proactive in improving their knowledge and capability.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively, and work as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to be part of virtual and in person meetings.
  • Experience using basic features of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (E.g., Creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations, sorting and filtering data, creating graphs and tables).
  • Basic technical SEO knowledge & skillset with an understanding of audit tools such as Screaming Frog & Lumar etc, would be an advantage but training will be offered.
  • Basic understanding of keyword ranking tools with the ability to draw insights where necessary would be an advantage but again training will be offered.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the components of SEO and Generative Search.
