Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Associate who will:
- Retrieve, compile, cleanse, transform, and structure data from multiple sources to build a reliable intelligence layer for analysis and media optimization.
- Gather data requirements from client teams to understand the measurement framework, the most critical reporting metrics, and the business logic for data stitching.
- Manage data provisioning across sources.
- Support the strategy and development of the data visualization layer within BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) for insight generation, campaign monitoring, and optimization.
- Help develop automated QA processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, helping them understand why a change may be needed to reach a goal or complete a project.
- Partner with senior Analytics staff to develop project timelines and deliverable schedules.
- Deliver projects independently while proactively communicating progress, issues, and deliverables to senior leadership.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet or exceed expectations in content and quality and are delivered on time.
- Support client calls, bring in extended team members when needed, and build strong day-to-day client relationships grounded in industry knowledge and a deep understanding of client business objectives.
- Develop measurement plans and reports relevant to clients' business and creative/media testing, and research industry trends to share with the team.
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in data management, data visualization, and data analytics, preferably within a marketing or media agency.
- Hands-on expertise in data retrieval, cleansing, transformation, and structuring (the most critical skill for this role).
- Experience with database structure work and building dashboards with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Ability to operate in a cloud environment (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- Strong written and spoken professional communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced English, written and spoken (B2–C2).
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills; a strategic thinker and doer with a high sense of accountability and ownership.
- Curious, collaborative, with a partnership mindset, comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with SQL and/or Python (a plus).
- Experience with Alteryx for business-logic design (a plus).
- Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation (a plus).
- General familiarity with media/digital platforms — ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager), campaign-planning tools (e.g., Prisma, Mediaocean), web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and paid-search sources; no specific tool or expert-level knowledge required (a plus).
