About the role / Some of the things we’d like you to do:

  • Lead the design, execution, and analysis of incrementality experiments (e.g., geo-lift tests, conversion lift studies, holdout experiments) to quantify the true impact of advertising spend across channels.
  • Serve as the team’s go-to expert on statistics, data methodology, and experimental design — advising cross-functional partners on best practices for measurement, testing rigor, and analytical approaches.
  • Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, identify optimization opportunities, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with media, strategy, and client-facing teams to define KPIs, set measurement frameworks, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage data pipelines and queries in BigQuery to support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs.
  • Create compelling data narratives and presentations that translate complex analyses into business-friendly insights for both internal teams and clients.
  • Support and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track digital advertising performance across channels as needed.
  • Contribute to automation workstreams aimed at improving efficiency across analytics workflows, including opportunities involving generative AI.
  • Stay current on developments in ad tech, measurement methodologies, and privacy-related changes affecting digital advertising analytics.


About yourself / Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on digital advertising or performance marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience working in BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker Studio or comparable BI tools.
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation at scale.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics, platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, etc.), and measurement concepts including incrementality, ROAS, and attribution.
  • Knowledge of incrementality testing methods (e.g., geo-lift, conversion lift, matched-market experiments) and causal inference principles.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - ability to distill complex data into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a track record of identifying problems and driving solutions independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, or statistical modeling.
  • Familiarity with ad tech platforms, pixels/tags, and conversion tracking infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience designing and running incrementality or causal inference studies in a digital advertising context.
  • Prior experience in an agency or ad tech environment.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts or coordinating cross-functional analytics projects.
