Responsibilities of the role:
- Oversee and manage the recording and setup of non-media expenses in the accounting system.
- Manage and monitor supplier payment processes in accordance with the company’s payment schedules and policies.
- Oversee the preparation of Input VAT reports (PP.30) and ensure timely and accurate tax filing.
- Manage and review Withholding Tax reports and filings, including PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, and PBT.40.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to support payment planning and ensure sufficient cash availability.
- Prepare daily cash flow reports to monitor the company’s cash position and working capital.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain the necessary financial information and inputs for cash flow planning.
- Oversee bank reconciliation and related accounting reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Review accounting and payment transactions to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.
- Identify potential issues and provide solutions to improve accounting, payment, and cash management processes.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within tight deadlines and under pressure.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, Tax, Cash Flow, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, bank reconciliation, cash flow management, VAT, and withholding tax.
- Good understanding of Thai tax regulations, including PP.30, PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, and PBT.40.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
