
HR Systems and Reporting Automation Specialist

HR reporting and automation specialist will be in charge of HR systems administration, reporting and ensuring data integrity. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data relationships, the detail to troubleshoot record-based issues, and a hunger to grow and acquire new skills. You will be contributing towards continuous process improvement through driving operational excellence, HR processes automation, and maintenance of the HR systems.
How you'll make an impact:
- Develop and maintain simple to complex HR reports
- Participation in automatization of HR processes: data migration tracking, communication with vendors, HR-systems administration & configuration
- Participation in implementation and customisation of new HR systems, working with internal team to establish workflows
- Providing support to system users
- Designing instructions for users
- Administration of various internal surveys and reporting on their results
You will achieve your best if you have:
Experience- 2+ years
- Working knowledge of English (C1 level)
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel / Google sheets
- Experience in data management (i.e. cleaning, organizing, and compiling data from multiple sources for analysis)
- Strong ability of working with large amounts of information
- Ability to maintain discretion while handling sensitive information
- Attention to details and healthy perfectionism
You will stand out with:
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, UKG Pro, Wrike, Entromy, or Engagedly
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience in automation of HR-processes
- Working with vendors on requirements, writing specifications
- User training
