- Designing, building, and improving product features from the ground up or enhancing existing ones
- Tackling complex challenges together and refining solutions as a team
- Ensuring high technical quality through code reviews, testing, and task estimation
- Embracing fast, iterative development and following best practices
- Using AI tools daily to automate tasks and boost productivity
- Continuously learning and supporting each other’s growth

- Java (21), Spring, REST APIs, SQL
- PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Unit/integration testing, Java web stack
- AI tools (Cursor, Zencoder, etc; internal AI portal; internal MCP)
