Member Experience Specialist

We’re looking for a Member Experience Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and creating positive, meaningful experiences for our members in our Med+ program. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines—solving problems, answering questions, and advocating for members—while balancing efficiency, quality, and empathy.

You’ll collaborate closely with peers to help continuously improve how we support and engage our member community.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic support to members via chat

  • Resolve member issues by investigating, troubleshooting, and following established processes

  • Maintain a high standard of quality while meeting productivity and performance metrics

  • Document interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems

  • Collaborate and communicate with teammates and leadership to support members via Slack

Who you are

  • Associate's degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) 

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer support, member services, or operations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working with multiple tools and systems simultaneously

  • Empathetic, patient, and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to receive and apply feedback to continuously improve

  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, CRM platforms, and EMR

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.  This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range

$50,000 - $60,000 USD
