Client Success Analyst
Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. provides turnkey submetering and utility expense management services to property managers, building owners and developers across Canada. Wyse is unique in its ability to provide energy consumption transparency and accountability to its customers.
The Client Success Analyst will be responsible for in-depth analysis of data for clients and internal teams. The analyst will work directly with the billing, finance, operations, and sales departments to gather information on client accounts to address client needs. The overall purpose of the role is to provide analytics, reporting and support to the Manager & Director of Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to solve client enquiries.
- Gather, compile, interpret data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques.
- Work with the Operations team to identify meter and communication issues and prioritize resolutions based on billing schedules, implementation deadlines and client expectations.
- Reconcile and analyze variances between bulk utility bills and suite billing.
- Analyse meter read data for the purpose of resolving client concerns.
- Work with Finance team to confirm remittance recovery in relation to bulk bill charges.
- Foster and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with team members.
- Generate and review reports.
- Present any items found during analysis to required stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Keep apprised of regulatory changes, industry trends and corporate directives.
- Take on specific assignments and initiatives to support strategic goals of the department.
- Manage complex workloads.
- Report and document client enquiries for reporting on a monthly basis.
- Identify gaps in internal and external reporting and develop data analysis to address these deficiencies.
- Analyse consumption data and develop strategies to utilize this information for the benefit of the client.
- Develop long term relationships and partnerships with clients.
- Participate in regular meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations.
- Escalate items to the Manager of Client Success that require further attention.
- Use Jira ticketing system to keep track of client enquires and process.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required.
Required Education & Qualifications
- University Degree or similar.
- Experience in Billing and Data Analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, billing software, and CRM.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience with Utility Billing Practices is strongly preferred.
