Responsibilities
As the Administrative Intern at xAI, you will shadow department and project leaders providing administrative support to both our Operations and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) teams. With our AI data halls ramping up, this internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where infrastructure and safety are critical. Administrative support may include:
- Maintaining accurate records of HSE activities, basic data entry, and preparation of simple reports
- Assist in the creation and formatting of documents, procedures, guidelines
- Assist in coordinating communication with internal teams or vendors.
- Support additional operational or administrative requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to learn new tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Interest in safety, compliance, construction, or operations.
- Experience with data entry, document management, or reporting tools.
Additional Requirements
- Physical Requirements Moderate: Occasional sitting and typing to complete administrative requirements. Occasional walking, climbing, bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Lifting requirements: Occasionally lifting 25 lbs.
