Producer Director (AI Projects)

We're looking for an experienced Producer Director to lead projects across Inizio Engage XD Film, with a focus on AI-driven content.

You'll work across a diverse slate of projects-from fast-turnaround AI films and animations to large-scale, long-term event content- taking full ownership from brief to delivery.

As part of our 30-strong in-house film team, you'll collaborate with producers, directors, animators, editors and production management to deliver end-to-end content that truly reflects our clients' brands.

You will lead production across all stages from pre-production, production and post-production, working with Inizio project leads, our internal client engagement team and clients.

This is a hybrid role where you will work 2/3 days in the office.

 

What will do...

The duties below are not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake additional duties of a similar responsibility level as and when required

Pre-Production

  • Interpret client briefs and develop proposals
  • Collaborate on budgeting and production planning
  • Lead all pre-production activity

Production

  • Act as a key client contact alongside our internal client engagement team
  • Maintain clear communication across clients and creative teams

Post-Production & Delivery

  • Oversee post-production, ensuring creative quality and alignment with client expectations
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget and to agreed specifications
  • Participate in internal and client wash-up meetings

What do you need to have...

  • Experience producing and directing film content across genres
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (Veo 3, HeyGen, ElevenLabs; Runway desirable)
  • Strong creative concept development and production expertise
  • Self-shooting capability
  • Editing proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Understanding of current production techniques
  • Experience working with clients and assessing their needs and exceed expectations
