You will be:

gathering and refining business requirements for reporting and analytics initiatives,
designing and maintaining business focused data models and semantic layers,
developing data transformations using SQL and dbt,
building and optimizing datasets used for reporting and self service analytics,
developing dashboards and reports in Power BI,
defining and maintaining KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards,
working closely with Data Engineers to ensure high quality, reliable, and governed data pipelines,
supporting business users in interpreting data and deriving actionable insights,
contributing to data quality monitoring and validation processes,
participating in workshops with business stakeholders and help translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Your profile:

strong SQL skills,
hands on experience with dbt,
experience designing analytical data models,
experience building Power BI dashboards and reports,
experience with Python for data analysis and transformation,
experience working with Databricks,
familiarity with Azure Data Lake and modern lakehouse concepts,
knowledge of dimensional modelling (Kimball),
ability to gather and document business requirements,
good understanding of KPI definition and business performance measurement,
experience working with modern cloud based data platforms,
strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
upper-intermediate English.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

experience with Microsoft Fabric,
knowledge of Data Vault modelling,
experience supporting executive or financial reporting,
experience in engineering, construction, professional services, or project based organizations,
understanding of Microsoft Purview and enterprise data governance frameworks.
