You will be:

  • designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using Java and Spring Boot,
  • building and enhancing REST APIs supporting business-critical services,
  • collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions,
  • writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code,
  • contributing to CI/CD processes and software delivery,
  • leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and engineering quality.

 

 

Your profile:

  • 4+ years of commercial experience as a Java Developer,
  • strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot,
  • experience building and maintaining REST APIs,
  • solid background in backend development,
  • practical experience working with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines,
  • experience using AI-powered development tools in daily software engineering activities,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
  • ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions,
  • good communication skills in English (min. B2),
  • ability to start the project immediately or within a short timeframe.
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
  • iInterest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
