Junior Azure DevOps

You will be:
- monitoring Azure infrastructure and Grafana dashboards,
- responding to alerts and performing initial incident triage,
- investigating issues using logs and monitoring tools,
- executing standard remediation procedures and escalating complex incidents,
- documenting incidents, actions taken and troubleshooting activities,
- supporting Azure resources and DevOps operations,
- participating in on-call rotations and collaborating with engineering teams.
Your profile:
- 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure,
- experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
- basic knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics and Grafana,
- understanding of Azure infrastructure and cloud monitoring,
- familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git and basic PowerShell or Bash scripting,
- experience with ticketing systems and incident management,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures,
- good communication skills and ability to work in a team,
- willingness to learn new technologies and develop DevOps skills,
- good command of technical English (at least B2 level).
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:

experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
