You will be:

monitoring Azure infrastructure and Grafana dashboards,
responding to alerts and performing initial incident triage,
investigating issues using logs and monitoring tools,
executing standard remediation procedures and escalating complex incidents,
documenting incidents, actions taken and troubleshooting activities,
supporting Azure resources and DevOps operations,
participating in on-call rotations and collaborating with engineering teams.

Your profile:

1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure,
experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
basic knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics and Grafana,
understanding of Azure infrastructure and cloud monitoring,
familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git and basic PowerShell or Bash scripting,
experience with ticketing systems and incident management,
strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures,
good communication skills and ability to work in a team,
willingness to learn new technologies and develop DevOps skills,
good command of technical English (at least B2 level).

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
