You will be:

  • defining the analytical approach for the project, setting the direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives,

  • co-creating delivery plans and product roadmaps while balancing business priorities with project, operational, contractual, and technological constraints,
  • representing the project team in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, providing the right level of information and influencing key business decisions,
  • collaborating with business stakeholders to uncover their actual needs and validate proposed solutions,
  • working closely with UX designers, architects, and development teams to shape solutions that meet business needs and are technically feasible,
  • managing analytical complexity by identifying dependencies across modules, processes, and workstreams, ensuring consistency of requirements, and resolving potential conflicts.

Your profile:

  • extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes across different industries,
  • hands-on experience in large-scale, complex IT projects delivered using Agile, hybrid, Waterfall, or other adaptable methodologies,
  • strong technical understanding and experience working with complex platforms, allowing you to confidently navigate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with development teams,
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience leading cross-functional meetings, facilitating workshops, and engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels,
  • proven ability to select, tailor, and apply analysis tools and techniques to meet the specific needs of each project,
  • ability to quickly understand industry-specific processes and terminology, adapt to different business domains, and provide relevant insights,
  • confidence in working at the intersection of business and technology, translating business needs into solutions that are both valuable and technically feasible,
  • a goal-oriented, independent, and confident approach, with the ability to remain focused and effective in dynamic, rapidly changing project environments,
  • strong leadership and ownership skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive teams toward shared project goals,
  • a strategic mindset and the ability to balance business priorities with technical, operational, and project constraints,
  • familiarity with emerging technologies will be an advantage,
  • fluent command of English,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experience with or a good understanding of mobile technology, specifically mobile networks, services, and provisioning,
  • experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
  • interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
