Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to join our Microsoft Services team at Xebia. As the Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth with a focus on Azure App Modernization and Azure Data/Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Data.
  • Experience in working with the Microsoft partner ecosystem driving business together via co-sell and sourced revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers.
  • Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with the delivery and solutions teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments related to cloud computing and software development.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, performance, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Maximize existing relationships by engaging clients as their primary touchpoint
  • Develop and perform strategic prospecting activities to generate pipeline and grow territory
  • Build, Manage, and accurately forecast a strong sales pipeline and revenue
  • Customer profiling, and account planning against set revenue/margin targets by services line at the account level.
  • Anchor client meetings and pursue opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, delivery, and external partners.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of clients' business priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into opportunities.
  • Willingness to work with a geographically distributed team structure in an extremely fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Understand and respond to clients’ business issues by developing a go-forward roadmap
  • Has experience in driving and managing large deals.
  • Continuously learn about Xebia’s offerings, successes, and business ecosystem to share and bring insights to clients.
  • Using CRM effectively to track opportunities and sales forecasts in a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning rhythm for your region with high levels of predictability, quality, and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or sales, in IT consulting industry, focused in the Microsoft space.
  • Proven track record of success in opening opportunities within large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Azure’s Data capabilities, with the ability to articulate value propositions to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth.
