Procurement Program Manager
XLA is looking to grow and add new talent to our team. This will be a part time position.
The Program Manager will work closely with the MCC COR/PM to ensure project timeliness and deliverables are being achieved.
The PM shall be responsible for coordinating the completion of requirements and activities and communicating effectively with all MCC personnel.
This BPM must be fully familiar with the full scope of the services provided under the various Calls issued under the BPA.
The BPM may not be directly billed to BPA calls but instead shall be billed as an indirect cost/G&A unless used as key personnel on a specific BPA Call as an expert.
The BPM shall have demonstrated proficiency and experience managing multiple task orders/BPA calls concurrently similar to the size and complexity of this BPA.
A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, public administration, or related field is required.
The BPM shall be fluent in English and demonstrated experience in guiding multiple teams working in countries with different languages is preferred.
The project manager is required to have management expertise and will supervise the work of their team(s).
The project manager must be fluent in English but should have demonstrated expertise in guiding multiple teams working in countries with different languages.
The project manager will be responsible for managing the team assigned to the applicable BPA call and for ensuring timely availability of specialist and support
personnel to meet the procurement and financial management objectives and timelines required for the Compact or THP supported by the BPA call.
The program manager will have ultimate responsibility for the overall quality of the work and work products produced under the BPA call.
Specific qualifications will be detailed in individual call orders.
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing and/or managing teams conducting procurements under public procurement
practices.
Demonstrated experience conducting and managing international procurement procedures as practiced
by the World Bank, MCC, or other multi-lateral aid agencies is desired.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required. French proficiency is desired.
