Are you a detail-oriented college student passionate about financial operations? Our Accounts Payable Internship provides an exceptional opportunity to develop critical skills in financial management and gain deep insights into business accounting processes.
As an Accounts Payable Intern, you'll work directly with our finance team to support crucial financial functions and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment.
What You'll Do:
- Process and maintain vendor invoices and payment records
- Assist in verifying and coding invoices for accurate payment processing
- Support the reconciliation of vendor statements and account balances
- Help manage the vendor payment cycle, including preparing payment batches
- Learn and apply accounting software and financial tracking systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial documentation
- Assist in maintaining vendor contact information and payment records
- Participate in month-end and quarter-end financial closing processes

What We’re Looking For:
- Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2025 or May 2026, with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 9 - August 15, 2025).
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A passion for problem-solving and a desire to drive results.
- Legal Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.
- Location Requirement: Ability to commute to our North Bethesda, MD or Lexington, KY office to work onsite for at least 3 days a week.
