We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Marketing Operations Technical Specialist with deep expertise in Iterable, HubSpot, and highly technical Customer Data Platform (CDP) platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data delivery, campaign insights, and seamless collaboration with marketing managers to elevate content delivery and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot Iterable and HubSpot CRM platforms to ensure seamless data flow, campaign execution, and integration with other MarTech systems.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and nurture campaigns that enhance customer activation, retention, and referrals, leveraging advanced segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring the accurate delivery of marketing and customer data into Iterable, HubSpot, and connected systems such as Segment CDP, Salesforce, and Zapier to support reporting and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the greater marketing teams to coordinate the delivery of targeted, high-impact content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment of messaging and timing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to inform strategy and improve ROI.
  • Ensure data hygiene and integrity across customer and contact databases, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate segmentation and targeting.
  • Lead the creation and ongoing documentation of marketing operations processes, workflows, and best practices, ensuring standardization and scalability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Data Science, Operations, Customer Success, Performance Marketing) to continuously improve the customer journey and support integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on marketing automation trends, data analytics best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement process improvements.

What You Bring to our Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS, e-commerce, or similar company
  • Proficiency in digital marketing functions around automated journeys and data pipelines
  • Experience with our current tech stack: Iterable, Hubspot, Zapier, Segment, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Looker, and/or similar tools
  • A creative innovator who stays updated on current marketing trends
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Advanced English level

Some Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • B2B and/or industrial/manufacturing industry knowledge
  • Direct experience working in CDPs such as Segment, Blushift, Tealium, Amperity 
  • Certifications in related fields: Iterable (Academy), Hubspot (Email marketing, Inbound, Sales Hub), Google Analytics (GA4)
