Senior Manager, Partner Acquisition

Waltham, MA

Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.

Xometry is looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Acquisition responsible for the full strategy and execution of Xometry's manufacturing partner recruitment marketing. You will design multi-channel acquisition campaigns, build a scalable demand engine, and own the metrics that determine whether we're growing the right partner base at the right pace. You'll drive campaign execution by directing Xometry's internal Paid Media, Marketing Operations, and Content teams — owning the strategy, the briefs, and the results. Alongside acquisition, you will serve as the internal authority on the partner base — building a deep, data-informed understanding of who our partners are, what drives them, and where the gaps are — and actively bringing those insights into the work of the broader marketing organization. This is a role for someone who wants full accountability for a critical supply-side growth lever.

How You’ll Contribute:

Acquisition Strategy

  • Design, develop, and drive partner acquisition campaigns end-to-end — defining strategy, building the campaign brief, and directing execution across paid, organic, outbound, and event channels from first touch to qualified application
  • Define the channel mix and brief internal Paid Media, Content, and Marketing Operations teams to execute campaigns across digital channels, industry publications, trade associations, etc
  • Define tailored acquisition programs for specific partner segments
  • Identify and develop new acquisition channels, including co-marketing programs, review platforms, and industry events

Funnel Performance & Lead Quality

  • Own the partner acquisition funnel from impression to qualified application, with full accountability for volume, quality, and cost metrics
  • Partner with Partner Management to define ‘qualified partner’ criteria and ensure marketing output aligns to business targets
  • Drive the creative strategy and messaging for marketing campaigns and web experiences, partnering with channel owners and creative teams to develop, test, and optimize high-converting assets
  • Own partner acquisition reporting, including applications, qualified partners, cost-per-acquisition, and performance by channel; report regularly to Marketing leadership and Partner Management

Nurture & Reengagement Programs

  • Build multi-touch nurture programs to drive application completion, activation, and key milestones, working with Marketing Operations on execution
  • Develop re-engagement campaigns targeting lapsed or churned partners in coordination with the Partner Management team
  • Use intent data and behavioral signals to prioritize outreach and personalize messaging at scale

Partner Intelligence & Insights

  • Build and maintain a quantitative and qualitative understanding of the Xometry partner base: composition, motivations, gaps, and growth patterns
  • Serve as the internal expert other marketing teams — Brand, Content, Creative, Paid Media — can draw on when building campaigns, experiences, or messaging that touches the supply side
  • Use partner insights to identify acquisition whitespace: underpenetrated geographies, process types, or partner profiles that represent growth opportunity
  • Translate partner data into actionable briefs that sharpen targeting, creative, and channel strategy across the team

Partner Positioning & Content Strategy

  • Develop and maintain compelling value proposition messaging for each major partner segment
  • Brief the Content team on partner-facing assets that demonstrate Xometry’s value: case studies, ROI content, testimonials, and Workcenter capability showcases
  • Provide strategic creative direction for paid media campaigns, partnering with channel owners to guide messaging, offer feedback, and ensure visual and narrative alignment while they manage execution
  • Drive SEO-informed content strategy targeting manufacturer search behavior in collaboration with the Content team

What You'll Bring to Xometry:

  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation or partner/channel acquisition marketing experience, with meaningful time owning a program end-to-end
  • Demonstrated ability to build and run multi-channel acquisition strategies — and to direct internal teams and external resources to execute them
  • Strong command of funnel metrics: CPL, CPA, application-to-qualified-partner conversion rate, and cost efficiency by channel
  • Track record of aligning marketing output to GTM targets — not just generating volume
  • A natural collaborator and cross-functional operator — you know how to align functional teams (ie, Paid Media, Content, MarOps, and PR/Comms) around a shared acquisition goal, and you hold the outcome even when the execution runs through other teams
  • Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) as a core part of your daily workflow — for research, content, analysis, and experimentation This is a baseline expectation for the entire marketing team
  • Clear, direct communicator with the ability to present performance data and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience marketing to small and mid-size manufacturers, skilled trades, or supply-chain-adjacent audiences
  • Familiarity with two-sided marketplace models and the supply-demand balance challenge
  • Experience with intent data or ABM platforms (6Sense, Demandbase, or similar)
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment where programs are built before all the processes exist

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $150,000- $170,000 annually + annual bonus depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including 401(k) match, medical, dental and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, floating and fixed holidays, maternity and bonding leave; EAP, other wellbeing resources; and much more.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
