Your mission? :cohete:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business growth and contribute to our ARR goals while ensuring customer satisfaction, focusing on non-ERP solutions like analytics, CRM, and communication tools within a hands-on, smaller sales organization.

What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

  • Achieve Q-o-Q sales quotas.
  • Build a pipeline for the current quarter + next quarter.
  • Build and manage relationships with prospects & customers.
  • Create a world-class proposal for the C-level.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
  • Manage the Salesforce data daily with meeting notes, sales funnel updates, etc.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with your customer’s industry and business to understand the customer’s environment and challenges, both present and future, and use the information to develop opportunities and value for the customer.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Yalo products and solutions as well as competitor’s offerings.

 

Job Requirements?💻

  • 6+ years of outstanding results selling SaaS Solutions to customers whose typical size ranges from $100K - $500K per year. 
  • Experience in working with customers to deliver an integrated, end-to-end approach
  • Conceptual understanding of APIs, AI, Webhooks, SDKs, Cloud, and SaaS technologies preferred
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company
  • Up-to-date on digital and application trends 
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and the ability to quickly identify the decision-makers and the decision-making process for significant SaaS investments
  • Outstanding CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.
