Job Summary 🧾

A Solutions Consultant has the primary responsibility to be the bridge between customer and internal teams (product, growth, CS, Delivery) to discuss, design and resolve technical and business questions or concerns during sales and pre-sales. Also the SC has to boost the business success of our clients through strategic consultancy and collaboration focused on results. Should work to guide clients in the precise definition of their key goals and performance metrics, ensuring a perfect alignment with Yalo solutions

  • Be the owner (quarterback) for life cycle since the opportunity come until next stage - prioritizing, communicating, engaging, delivering
  • Be able to do good proposal presentation and abilities to use, configure our product and make General Demos (with the features)
  • Be able to support Delivery team during all phases of the project as a consultant refining needs, clarifying doubts

 

What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

  • Be able to understand the goals and design solutions/strategies that meet business needs, with an incremental vision, always being attentive to desires, opportunities, restrictions, and limitations where the solution must be the means to achieve the objectives. Mindset Must be not the easiest solution but the best-considering business needs
  • Analyze, Understand, and Create technical proposals for integrations, or additional characteristics of the products and services that include effort and cost
  • Validate customer API documentation and technical requirements for system integrations.
  • Work together with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress and implementation of the initiatives created
  • Respond to customer requests for information or requests for proposals, providing technical details of the proposed solutions.
  • Coordinate the transition between presales specifications and implementation engineering once contracts have been awarded.
  • Be aware of potential project challenges or limitations and proactively seek to manage the challenges.
  • Ability to make decisions autonomously, following the role's guidelines and assuming responsibility for decisions.
  • Being able to manage and prioritize your activities directly with stakeholders without the need for constant intervention.
  • Having the ability to argue for decisions made in a clear and balanced manner, defending your point of view without simply executing a suggestion or recommendation (critical sense)
  • Be able to mentor colleagues with less experience
  • Clear communication regarding needs, blockers, timelines, delays, assumptions, agreements.
  • Capable of communicating complex ideas in an effective and simple way

 

Job Requirements?💻

  • 3 years of experience presenting application software solutions to technical and commercial audiences
  • 3 years in a sales engineering or consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on understanding customer needs and adapting them to the products/services we offer
  • Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
  • Master of Software Engineering or Computer Science, Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or related areas.
  • Feel comfortable speaking and writing to customers in Spanish and, English (Portuguese would be a differential)
