The Marketing Team at Yext is seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst to help develop, maintain, and analyze key Marketing reports. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to provide the Marketing team with valuable insights that ultimately drive more pipeline growth and better customer retention.
This role requires an analytical, data-driven mindset. You should be able to pull insights from data and recommend optimizations. A successful candidate will be driven, forward-thinking, detail-oriented, and practically minded, with exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
What You'll Do
- Build reporting and dashboards across engagement data, campaigns, and web analytics to enable marketing users to extract actionable insights that improve their programs’ performance.
- Proactively identify opportunities for segmentation and site analysis
- Develop a roadmap for cross-functional A/B testing and experimentation to test hypotheses.
- Enable the larger marketing team on data, reporting, and systems.
- Ensure lead flow data in Marketo and Salesforce is structured in a scalable way, enabling both Marketing and Sales teams to use/reference specific data points.
- Provide new solutions for enriching our audience with creative, actionable data points and determine their sources (whether first-party or third-party) to better target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) per campaign.
- Review marketing plans, response rates, audience demographics, and industry best practices regularly to ensure targeting efforts are effective, efficient, and successful, making recommendations and adjustments as needed.
- Assist marketing program owners with analyzing their Target Account Lists to ensure proper prioritization and support strategic planning.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders and leadership on performance, goal attainment, and return on investment.
What You Have
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing analytics or operations, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Salesforce preferred), Marketing analytics tools (Hockeystack preferred), and Web Analytics tools (Looker Studio Overview & GA4 preferred). Familiarity with demand generation, Google Tag Manager, account-based marketing, and how objects link across systems.
- Knowledge of digital channels and data sources.
- Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to adapt strategies based on measurable outcomes.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are required.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and prioritize programs effectively.

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
Annual Base Pay Range
$89,500 - $134,500 USD
