As a Data Analyst on the Value Consulting team, you’ll turn complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive impact. Your analysis will empower customers to optimize their social media and compliant communication programs, while helping internal teams uncover new ways to deliver value and continuously improve how we support our customers.

We’re looking for someone analytical, customer-focused, and action-oriented — someone who can distill data into executive-ready stories that influence strategy. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with Value Consulting teammates, Customer Success Managers, Platform Reporting partners, and our customers to shape smarter decisions and stronger outcomes.

This is a Budapest-based maternity cover position, estimated to last up to 18 months, with flexibility for remote work and an average requirement of one day per week on-site, subject to team and project needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to understand customer needs, extract relevant data, and create impactful visuals for customer presentations.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights on customer behavior, user activity, and program effectiveness.
  • Transform complex data into data-driven narratives that guide customer program decisions, highlight areas for improvement, identify best practices, and measure impact, presenting these insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify industry-specific trends in social media effectiveness and end-user best practices.
  • Analyze internal Customer Success and Support data to identify key metrics for process optimization and product enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the Product team by providing data-backed insights on customer and company data needs, influencing the development of new features and reporting capabilities.
  • Work with Value Consultant team members on data-driven projects to quantify and demonstrate the tangible ROI for our customers.

What You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-centric, analytical role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization and project management skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects successfully.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights and driving data-informed decisions.
  • Expertise in Excel, including advanced data analysis, charting, and creating clear visuals from structured and unstructured data.
  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides skills for creating presentations.
  • Advanced experience with Looker or other data visualization tools to effectively communicate trends and insights.
  • Strong SQL skills are a plus for extracting data from databases directly.
