Creative Specialist (Design & Video)

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Specialist to join our Marketing team and help bring our brand to life through strong visual design and well-executed video content.

What you´ll do:

• Design and deliver a wide range of on-brand visual assets, including marketing materials, presentations, campaign visuals, and digital content
• Create and adapt visual content for different platforms such as web, social media, email, and partner communications
• Plan and coordinate on-site video production — locations, schedules, equipment, and talent
• Collaborate on video concepts, scripts, and formats with stakeholders across the company
• Work closely with external video freelancers and studios, providing briefs, coordination, and on-set oversight
• Take care of basic video filming and post-production tasks when needed
• Manage video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo), including publishing, metadata, and optimization
• Manage product and corporate photoshoots 
• You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager (Brand) on both design and video initiatives, aligning on strategy and plans
• You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Frontline, HR, and other teams across Y Soft 

About you:

• You have hands-on experience in graphic design and enjoy executing a wide range of visual assets
• You’re comfortable coordinating video shoots and collaborating with external freelancers or studios
• You’re highly organized and enjoy managing logistics and keeping things running smoothly 
• You have basic to intermediate knowledge of video production
• You can work independently and take ownership of your projects  
• You’re confident using Adobe Creative Cloud
• You have a strong eye for visual quality, consistency, and branding  
• You have a broader interest in marketing and content creation
• You communicate clearly and collaborate well across teams  
• You speak and write both Czech and English  
• You can regularly visit the office in Brno
