At Y Soft, we believe great decisions start with great data. We're looking for a Senior Finance Business Intelligence Specialist who enjoys connecting finance, technology, and business strategy. In this role, you'll transform financial and operational data into meaningful insights that help drive business performance across the company.

You'll work closely with Finance, IT, Sales, and Executive Leadership to develop modern reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence solutions. If you're passionate about financial analytics, Power BI, and exploring how AI can make businesses smarter, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

Financial Analytics & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Deliver actionable insights into revenue, profitability, cash flow, costs, and operational performance.
• Analyze financial trends, variances, and business drivers to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare clear and engaging reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to improve reporting, forecasting, and financial decision support.

Business Intelligence & Data Management

• Develop and optimize business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Build scalable data models and reporting frameworks that improve consistency and accessibility.
• Partner with Business Intelligence and IT teams to ensure data quality, governance, and integrity.
• Automate reporting processes and continuously improve reporting efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven capabilities that create measurable business value.

Financial Planning & Business Partnering

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Deliver predictive insights that influence pricing, investments, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions and practical recommendations.
• Explore AI-driven forecasting and scenario planning to improve planning accuracy.

Continuous Improvement

• Standardize reporting processes across teams and regions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, predictive analytics, and AI.
• Monitor emerging BI and AI technologies and recommend practical applications for Finance.
• Promote best practices in data visualization, analytics, and financial reporting.

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems with data, thinks strategically, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

Must-have experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Intelligence, Financial Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Advanced Power BI skills.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex analysis.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
• Practical experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of AI opportunities, limitations, governance, and responsible use in business.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query, Python, or R.
• Experience implementing AI-powered analytics, forecasting, or automation.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services or Microsoft Fabric AI capabilities.
• Professional BI certifications.
