Go to Market Content Specialist

Overview
This role will focus on creating and curating content and assets that fuel our sales team, channel partners and GTM motions. You will develop decks, proposals, one-pagers, ABM content, demos, and supporting materials for productised offerings. You will shape narratives, refine messaging, and work across Sales, Marketing, and Alliances to improve clarity, accuracy, and speed in the sales cycle.

You will support deal desk activity by validating proposals, improving structure, reducing risk, and ensuring alignment with our capabilities and industry expertise. You will templatize work and build repeatable frameworks that improve efficiency across Sales and Marketing.

This role will use AI tools, including ChatGPT, to improve content quality, speed, and insights. You will ensure all AI-assisted work meets Zennify’s standards for accuracy, brand voice, and responsible use.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build structured, narrative-driven assets to support mid to bottom funnel sales activities: presentations, one-pagers, sell-sheets, case study decks, videos, imagery, infographics.
  • Create and curate product-demo content, accelerator resources, partner-facing materials supporting our productised offering go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and execute rollout plans for new assets, ensuring sales and partner teams are trained and enabled to use them effectively.
  • Create and refine proposal templates and frameworks that increase consistency and reduce risk.
  • Support deal desk activity by validating messaging, refining structure, and improving clarity in proposals.
  • Design and deliver ABM content for key accounts, including targeted decks, one-pagers, and personalized enablement assets.
  • Develop and maintain our content library (internal Google Site and Google Drives) and asset governance process (versioning, archiving, usage guidelines). 
  • Design and optimize sales-led campaigns to drive lead capture, nurture engagement, and accelerate conversion across target industries.
  • Measure usage and effectiveness of sales & channel content: which assets drive engagement, support partner conversations, enable pipeline acceleration.
  • Act as an AI quality advocate, helping sales team and leadership use AI responsibly to uphold our brand credibility.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years in a sales enablement, content marketing, or similar role.
  • Strong storytelling ability with clarity, logic, and audience awareness.
  • Technical writing strength with ability to simplify complex subjects.
  • Experience supporting Sales teams or working in roles such as SDR, sales enablement, or sales operations.
  • Strong critical thinking and interest in transforming content, not repeating legacy work.
  • Research ability to develop narratives, proposals, and ABM insights.
  • AI fluency and comfort adopting new workflow tools.
  • Intermediate design skill using tools like Canva and Google Slides.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, consulting, or technology services.
  • Exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem or similar partner-led environments.
  • Knowledge of ABM approaches and account-specific content development.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), and sales engagement platforms.
  • Understanding of partner motions, co-selling models, and channel-driven opportunities.
  • Prior work supporting demo development or productised service positioning.

  • Uses AI tools thoughtfully to increase speed and quality while protecting brand standards.
The full compensation package is based on candidate's experience and certifications. 

Zennify pay range

$50,000 - $70,000 USD
