You will:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce merchandising strategies for the mobile app that align with company objectives and goals to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Analyze trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape to optimize product presentation.
  • Monitor mobile app trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage product assortment on the mobile app, considering seasonality, promotions and customer behavior.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of e-commerce merchandising strategies and make data-driven decisions related to sales, customer engagement and app usage.
  • Conduct weekly analysis of sales performance and customer behavior to optimize product assortment and improve customer experience.
  • Partner with the product development teams to identify new opportunities and oversee the launch on the mobile app.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotions, campaigns, merchandising tactics that drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • Work on improving the overall user experience of the mobile app, ensuring seamless navigation and a visually appealing interface.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to implement improvements.
  • Work closely with the mobile app product team to ensure the growth and adoption of the mobile app. 

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree from 211/985 universities in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in a retail or consumer goods mobile app environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and mobile app usability.
  • Fluent communication and presentation in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for ecommerce and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
