What will I be doing?
- Leading a team of 2–3 Account-Based Marketers to run omni-channel ABM programs (email, paid, content, and field) that drive pipeline for priority markets.
- Designing 1:1 and 1:Few engagement plays in close partnership with SDRs and Sales to move key accounts through the funnel.
- Translating business goals into account-level strategies — mapping buying groups, identifying intent signals, and aligning messaging to each stage of the journey.
- Collaborating with product marketing, digital, and sales teams to launch personalized journeys across multiple touchpoints and ensure consistent follow-through.
- Using data to measure account progression (Reach → Engage → MQA → Pipeline) and optimize targeting, messaging, and content performance.
- Acting as a strategic partner to Sales, helping prioritize accounts, refine pitch angles, and improve conversion motions.
- Driving a culture of experimentation, insight-sharing, and continuous improvement within the ABM function.
What skills do I need?
- 4+ years of experience in Account-Based Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience running multi-channel ABM campaigns and building personalized journeys across email, paid, content, and website experiences.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn insights into clear narratives and actionable plays.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with comfort working across Sales, SDRs, and Product Marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics workflows, with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
- Prior experience leading a small team or project pod with structured goal setting and accountability.
- Understanding of the beauty, wellness, or franchise services landscape is a plus.
- Experience supporting global markets (North America, Europe, IMEA) is an advantage.
