What you’ll be doing
- Own and drive cloud security projects—design, implement, and optimize Zenoti’s security infrastructure across a distributed, high-traffic SaaS environment.
- Design, Implement, and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and procedures (account & tenant management, firewall, SIEM, encryption, incident response).
- Perform readiness assessments for new cloud platforms and tools, ensuring scalability, compliance, and risk mitigation before adoption.
- Ensure continuous alignment with compliance standards (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
- Act as a subject matter expert on cloud security, partnering with engineering, platform and InfoSec teams.
- Stay ahead of cloud-native security technologies to improve availability, latency, and resilience.
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions with strong documentation and peer review.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing infrastructure on Microsoft stack (with deep Azure/AWS security expertise).
- Strong hands-on cloud security and networking skills: IPSec, firewall management, TLS/SSL, IAM, endpoint security, SIEM, threat analysis.
- Proven IaC experience in production (Terraform preferred; ARM/Bicep/Ansible good-to-have).
- Ability to debug and secure infra across OS platforms (Windows/Linux) when needed.
- Experience with enterprise-grade security controls: endpoint protection, patching, antivirus, web filtering.
- Solid grasp of audit and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to influence via technical depth and clear communication.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS startup environment.
