About the Role

You’ll focus on building smooth, beautiful, and scalable user-facing products. You’ll work closely with design and product to deliver UI/UX that feels native to Web3 but friendly to mainstream users.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-performance frontends using React/Next.js.
• Integrate blockchain features (wallet login, transactions, on-chain data).
• Collaborate with design to ship fast, delightful user experiences.
• Optimize performance across devices and browsers.

Requirements

• 3+ years frontend experience.
• Strong in React/Next.js, TypeScript, CSS frameworks.
• Experience integrating Web3 libraries (ethers.js, wagmi, WalletConnect).
• Eye for design and detail; able to work closely with product.

• Be the UI/UX champion of the team.
• Close collaboration with product and design, high ownership over user experience.
• Remote-first, startup pace, flat structure.

Compensation: China RMB 25–40k / month; LatAm USD 1–2k / month.
