WHO YOU ARE:

The AI Creative & Experience Specialist will lead the development and optimization of visual assets across Zinnia’s digital ecosystem using artificial intelligence. This role combines creative vision, UX understanding, and prompt engineering expertise to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent visuals for landing pages, social media, advertising, and programmatic channels.

This position is foundational to Zinnia’s AI Innovation Team and will support multiple initiatives, from campaign-level design needs to strategic UX testing. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with technical fluency, enabling Marketing and Operations to execute faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • AI-Driven Content Creation: Develop high-quality visuals using AI image generation tools for landing pages, social platforms, programmatic advertising, and brand assets.
  • Prompt Engineering: Write, test, and refine prompts to achieve optimal outputs aligned with Zinnia’s visual identity and performance goals.
  • UX & Design Optimization: Partner with the web and acquisition teams to support user experience improvements, visual testing, and creative experimentation.
  • Creative Systems & Libraries: Establish reusable prompt libraries, templates, and design frameworks for consistent output across campaigns and channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to integrate creative assets into intelligent workflows and digital experiences.
  • Performance Insights: Analyze creative performance data to identify visual trends, test variations, and continuously improve creative effectiveness.

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 3-8 years of experience in digital design, UX, or creative production.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and workflows (e.g. Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, or Runway).
  • Experience writing structured prompts and optimizing AI outputs.
  • Working knowledge of UX principles and design best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, programmatic) and web CMS (Contentful preferred).
  • Strong aesthetic sense with data-informed creative judgement.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
