Manager - Employer Branding
About Zinnov
Zinnov is a global management consulting firm that helps organizations make decisions that actually get used — and deliver results that matter. For over two decades, we’ve partnered with leading enterprises, high-growth technology companies, and investors to answer some of the toughest questions they face:
-
Where should we invest?
-
How do we scale globally?
-
What capabilities will win in the next decade?
Our work shapes market entry strategies, global operating models, M&A decisions, and long-term growth bets. We’re known for being data-led, execution-focused, and outcome-driven — not opinion-heavy slideware.
At Zinnov, how you work matters as much as what you deliver. We value independent thinking, crisp communication, and early ownership. With 450+ professionals across 10 global offices, we work across industries including Digital Services, ER&D, Enterprise Software, Semiconductors, Healthcare, BFSI, Automotive, Media & Telecom, and Private Equity.
Zinnov isn’t for everyone. It’s for people who want steep learning curves, honest feedback, and the chance to see their work influence real business decisions — not just presentations.
Why Globalization Excellence (GE)
Zinnov’s Globalization Excellence (GE) practice helps enterprises build and scale Globalization Capability Centers (GCCs) end-to-end — from Design & Discovery to Build, Scale, and Run.
In GE, you don’t work in silos. You:
- Own complex, end-to-end client journeys
- Work across GCC advisory, managed services, and BOT / outsourcing models
- Influence leadership decisions that shape long-term talent and operating strategies
This is where strategy meets execution — and where talent plays a defining role.
About the Role
As Manager - Employer Branding, you will build and scale Zinnov’s employer brand to position the firm as an “employer of choice” for high-quality talent. This role is designed for a strategic, hands-on brand leader who can define a compelling employee value proposition (EVP), translate it into consistent campaigns and content, and drive measurable improvements across awareness, engagement, and hiring outcomes.
You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to understand target talent segments, what motivates them, and how to reach them effectively — while keeping a sharp eye on competitor positioning and industry shifts.
What You’ll Do

- Translate EVP into clear messaging pillars and campaign narratives that resonate with target talent segments.

- Support job marketing and role storytelling to improve candidate engagement and conversion.
- Create repeatable campaign playbooks in partnership with TA for ongoing hiring priorities.
Content, Thought Leadership & Community Building
- Identify and drive thought leadership initiatives through webinars, blogs, whitepapers, and virtual experiences.
- Partner with internal leaders (including engineering and business leaders) to amplify leadership profiles and domain credibility.
- Build content that highlights culture, impact, growth, learning, and outcomes — not just perks.
Social Media & External Presence
- Plan, establish, and manage social presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Glassdoor, blogs, and relevant channels.
- Own content calendars, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
- Improve consistency and quality of voice, visuals, and storytelling across channels.
Internal Branding & Engagement
- Drive internal branding initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and internal pride.
- Build programs that amplify the work and leadership within the organization.
- Partner with HR for internal campaigns, change initiatives, and engagement programs.

- Create brand amplification opportunities across relevant industry events globally, including Zinnov-led events.
- Work effectively with customers to co-create employer branding opportunities where relevant.
Measurement & Optimization
- Build a metrics-led approach to employer branding: awareness, reach, engagement, candidate quality, and brand sentiment.
- Use data to tell compelling stories and influence stakeholder decisions.
- Stay on top of industry trends and continuously refine strategy and execution.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.

- Proven track record running successful employer branding / recruitment marketing campaigns.
Key Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability (scrappy, high ownership).
- Strong stakeholder influence and comfort working with leaders across levels.
- Strong research and competitive intelligence orientation; understands the talent market and category dynamics.
- Data-driven storytelling: uses metrics to show impact and drive buy-in.
- Strong project management with ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly and thoroughly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong internal and external brand voice.
Desirable
- Ability to influence CXO decisions.
- Experience communicating across geographically diverse audiences.
- Strong market research and insight communication skills.
What Success Looks Like
- A clear, differentiated EVP that is consistently reflected across external and internal brand touchpoints.
- Stronger talent pipeline quality and engagement driven by high-performing hiring campaigns and content.
- Increased employer brand visibility and credibility across priority talent communities and platforms.
- Measurable improvements in employer brand metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment) and hiring outcomes (conversion, offer acceptance).
- Strong cross-functional confidence driven by crisp execution, data-backed insights, and reliable campaign delivery.
If you enjoy building an employer brand from narrative to measurable outcomes, partnering closely with TA and leaders, and running high-impact campaigns that directly improve talent attraction — this role offers both impact and growth.
