As our People Experience Lead, you will own and activate Zip’s end-to-end people experience strategy across ANZ. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will translate business ambition into tangible employee experiences that strengthen culture, drive performance and build connection. You’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performance, innovation-led environment where our people are clear on the strategy, connected to it, and equipped to deliver.

 

What you’ll own

  • Lead and evolve Zip’s ANZ engagement strategy with clear metrics, insights and measurable outcomes
  • Translate engagement, retention and performance data into focused action plans that drive uplift in experience and productivity
  • Design and continuously improve key moments that matter across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leadership transitions, recognition and offboarding
  • Embed innovation into everyday ways of working, including scaling initiatives such as hackathons, forums and AI adoption practices
  • Build and operationalise culture at scale through repeatable mechanisms such as rituals, feedback loops, leader enablement and communication rhythms
  • Own and deliver key cultural moments and forums, ensuring they reinforce strategy, connection and clarity across the business
  • Partner with senior leaders and People Partners to embed culture and change initiatives consistently across teams
  • Enable leaders to translate strategy into clear expectations, driving accountability, alignment and execution discipline

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clarity and alignment across diverse teams
  • High ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and impact
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
