  • Lead Customer Advocacy & Storytelling
    • Build a world-class customer advocacy program that elevates customer voices and showcases measurable business impact.
    • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Brand, PR, and Product Marketing to develop written case studies, video testimonials, executive thought leadership, customer spotlights, and sales enablement content that differentiates ZipRecruiter in competitive opportunities.
    • Own the strategy and execution of the Talent All-Stars podcast, using customer conversations to strengthen relationships, generate thought leadership, and amplify customer success stories across marketing and sales channels.
    • Identify opportunities to transform customer insights into scalable content that supports demand generation, account-based marketing, executive conversations, and customer expansion.
  • Create Executive Experiences That Drive Revenue
    • Design and execute executive engagement programs that strengthen customer relationships and create opportunities for growth.
    • Lead customer summits, executive roundtables, regional events, virtual experiences, and strategic customer activations from strategy through execution.
    • Partner with Sales leadership to align attendee strategy, executive participation, messaging, and follow-up plans that maximize business impact before, during, and after every engagement.
    • Develop repeatable playbooks and best practices that enable scalable, high-impact customer experiences.
  • Build Strategic Customer Communities
    • Launch and lead ZipRecruiter's Customer Advisory Board to deepen executive partnerships and gather strategic customer insights.
    • Recruit and engage executive members, facilitate productive discussions, and establish ongoing feedback loops that inform product strategy, customer experience, and go-to-market priorities.
    • Leverage advisory relationships to strengthen advocacy, improve retention, and identify future expansion opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel up to 45%, including short-notice travel and overnight or multi-night trips as business needs require.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Sales Enablement, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success building programs that influence pipeline, drive customer retention, support account expansion, or increase customer advocacy.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how marketing can accelerate customer growth across the lifecycle.
  • Experience leading executive engagement programs, customer events, advisory boards, or customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate customer outcomes into compelling narratives that support sales and marketing.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
