The Opportunity: 

Zone & Co. is seeking a VP/Director of Procure to Pay Product Suite to define, build, and scale our flagship platform. As the strategic leader of this product area, you will set the vision, drive innovation, and lead a high-performing team to deliver transformative solutions for global businesses. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced product executive—either a director from a large organization or a VP from a high-growth company—with a proven track record or exceptional potential to shape the future of enterprise financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a bold, actionable product vision and strategy for the Procure to Pay suite, aligned with Zone & Co.’s overall business goals and market opportunities.

• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and stakeholders—fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.

• Own and scale the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows that drive measurable value for customers.

• Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into data-driven product decisions and prioritization.

• Champion design excellence by delivering intuitive, user-centric solutions that elevate the customer experience and differentiate our offerings.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align vision and execution, from ideation to launch.

• Serve as a visible product leader—representing the Procure to Pay suite in customer conversations, internal leadership forums, and industry events.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive product management and leadership experience, ideally as a Director in a large company or VP in a high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in procurement and payment processes, with a history of launching and scaling successful SaaS products in fintech or B2B domains.
• Demonstrated ability to set and execute product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative, market-leading solutions.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; adept at synthesizing complex data into actionable plans.
• Visionary mindset with a passion for design, innovation, and challenging the status quo.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills; proven ability to inspire teams and engage with C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience building and scaling product organizations, or the vision, drive, and potential to do so for the first time.
