We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Business Systems Product Manager to join our Customer Success Strategy & Operations team. You will lead  the execution of multiple internal product development programs, ensuring successful outcomes and on-time delivery of key initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Product, Business Systems, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Success, IT, and UI/UX Designers, to align business objectives and stakeholder goals
  • Driving enhancements and managing internal tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Certinia) to streamline operations and improve organizational impact
  • Developing roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics while identifying and resolving risks proactively
  • Acting as the central liaison for aligning program deliverables, fostering communication across teams, and resolving bottlenecks
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, including requirements, progress reports, and training collateral

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Professional Services Operations, Program Management, or a related field in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Strong background in managing Salesforce Service Cloud Lightning projects and other tools (e.g., Tableau, PSA) or related technologies
  • Experience driving process improvements and implementing scalable operational workflows
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects, demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for iterative improvement
  • A track record of driving risk mitigation and operational excellence in complex environments
