This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across the organization, including with the broader Global Customer Services (GCS) and the Services Excellence teams. You will drive training initiatives by defining requirements, developing content, creating assessments, delivering live training, and troubleshooting technical challenges. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Zscaler technical courseware and certification programs online and in-person, demonstrating effective instructional techniques and representing Zscaler professionally.
- Serving as a technical subject matter expert and contributing to training content development collaboration with internal teams.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments including Internet Access (ZIA), Private Access (ZPA), and Digital Experience (ZDX) solutions, as well as general network connectivity, communication, and authentication services and devices.
- Managing remote training labs and related online services, setting up and configuring student training pods. Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the training environment to ensure effective operation.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service
- Obtain approval from your unit commander
- MOU must be approved and submitted before start
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- At least 18 months of Zscaler product experience.
- Experience as a technical instructor in network security, cloud, or SaaS technology.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
- An interest in course development and instructional design.
- Designed and developed hands-on training exercises and presentations.
