Zynga is looking for a dynamic User Experience Design intern to join our team!

You will be responsible for crafting user-centered design solutions that promote ease of use, employ best-in-class game/interaction design, and optimize the user experience universally.

This includes all phases of the design process including conceptual design/development, graphic and interface design, Interaction models, user/task flows, prototypes and art handoff.

You will work closely with UX Lead to establish and maintain the visual integrity, interaction methods, brand standards, and consistency for the game and collaborate with engineering for the execution of design.

What will you do:

• Craft high quality features based on a strong understanding of UX and UI fundamentals 
• Build thorough knowledge about the game and its style guides and production process
• Employ user-centered design practices to improve player experiences.
• Proactive collaboration with key project partners for design alignment to ensure the user experience reflects player needs and consistency.
• Understanding key aspects and goals of game design.

Required Skills:                                                                                                                      

• 0-1 year experience in UX/UI Design.
• Degree certification in graphic design, animation or motion design or interaction design      
• Basic knowledge of UX fundamentals, Design Systems and Prototyping frameworks 
• Wireframing and creating quick iterations using Figma
• Low-fidelity to High-fidelity concept creation
• Create MVP/Click-through Prototypes for internal buy-in
• Knowledge of multi-device/platform responsive design.
• Willingness to adapt and learn different game development tools and processes.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of Unity and motion design is a plus.
• Good presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication
• Passion for gaming is highly preferable.
